Only Make Believe (OMB) is a New York City and Washington DC based non-profit organization that brings laugher and imagination to children suffering from chronic illnesses and disabilities in hospitals and care facilities.
Since 1999, Only Make Believe has brought interactive theater, performed by professional actors, to over 35,000 children. With support from celebrities such as Jude Law, Mike Myers, Sir Ian McKellen, Julia Stiles, Rachel Weisz, Alan Cumming, Kathie Lee Gifford, Christopher Meloni and others, Only Make Believe fills hospital rooms with hope, humor and healing – helping children cope with debilitating illnesses in a positive engaging and safe environment.
